About C. Peter Soderquist
Pete Soderquist is a lifelong resident of St. Charles and has beenassociated with the Coleman Land Company for the past 30 years. He graduated from St. Charles High School in 1973 and from Illinois State University in 1977 with a degree in business and finance. Pete has an Illinois Certified General Appraisal License and specializes in the appraisal of non-residential real estate including farms, subdivisions, commercial buildings and industrial facilities as well as special use properties such as churches and schools. Pete is also an Illinois Licensed Broker and is active in brokerage and property management. In addition to financial institutions, he provides appraisal services for estates, divorces, condemnations and selling purposes. His goal is to provide a professional and reliable service in an honest and ethical manner.
